Orders may be faxed to 1-800-266-3334 or (858) 546-5001,
24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
(Acknowledgement of receipt of your order will be made within same business day.
NOTE: If a transmission problem occurs, please mark the second fax "duplicate" in case we did not receive the original.)

Delivery from Steren

Same day shipping available for orders received by noon, Pacific Standard Time. Orders are shipped F.O.B. San Diego CA, freight pre-paid.

Standard shipping: UPS ground delivery service.

ORDERS IN EXCESS OF 200 LBS. will be shipped UPS-100-Weight Service. Common carrier truck is often most economical for very heavy or large shipments.

Freight charges quoted on request.

For your protection, we always insure shipments for damage or loss in transit.

Pickup from Steren

Pick-up: Our warehouse is open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pacific), Monday-Friday. Call to place your order in advance (allow 2-3 hours) and it will packed and waiting for you. Additions to the order at time of pick-up will be processed separately.
